Since 1990, the volunteer-run, nonprofit event has celebrated the area’s architectural diversity, creative spirit, and strong sense of community by opening the doors to a curated selection of unique homes.


  • The 2026 Northside House Tour will take place Sunday, September 27, from noon to 5:00 pm.

  • Homes are located throughout the Northside neighborhood. Exact addresses are provided to ticket holders closer to the event and in the official tour guide available on the day of the tour.

  • Each tour typically features up to a dozen homes, selected for architectural integrity, distinctive design, sustainability features, and personal flair.

  • You’ll experience a wide range of styles—from elegant American Foursquares and lovingly restored historic homes to mid-century modern designs and innovative, LEED-certified residences. The tour reflects the diversity and creativity that define Northside.

  • Tickets can be purchased online through this website prior to the event and at local businesses throughout Northside. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the tour. Ticket details and pricing will be announced closer to the event date.

  • The Northside House Tour is a non-profit, volunteer-run event held with support from the Northside Community Council. Proceeds help support neighborhood initiatives and community programming.

  • Children are welcome but must be closely supervised at all times. Some homes contain fragile items, steep stairs, or tight spaces that may not be suitable for young children.
